Hi. My girlfriend and I are looking to rent a bedroom to a new roommate who is respectful, clean, friendly, and fun. We do have a german shepherd, so you must love dogs! He's a bit crazy sometimes and requires frequent pets and tug o war games. More seriously - There is one other roommate who is a flight attendant and is almost never home. She is female and is great. You would share a bathroom with her. There is a TV and bed in the available room now for you as well, so hopefully that helps. There is plenty of street parking, and we have washer/dryer in the house as well of course. There is also some space in the garage if you want to store a few items. About us - we are in our early to mid 30's. We work full time, mostly remote, so we're around most of the time. We have two living rooms with TVs, so you can always have some privacy when you want. We like to cook, travel, travel on weekends, and play with the dog. Rent is $850 and that includes all utilities. I will not allow any smokers. Sorry. Reach out with any questions!
