The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, understand Supply Chain best practices, and be able to create and maintain efficient & automated processes.
This role is a critical feed into the business development roadmap and will be responsible for implementing robust supply chain solutions, asset management, and customer engagement processes to support the business and maintain data integrity.
Successful candidates must be motivated to work in a data driven environment, have a desire to drive process improvement, and capable of translating high-level, ambiguous business goals into tactical work solutionsIn this role, you will be responsible for:
Partnering with the Supply Chain leadership team to define strategy, create key performance indicators, and implement new methodologies for enablement and success measurement.
Maintain operational oversight of a team of Logistics and Fulfillment professionals to ensure superior performance, and to drive continuous improvement through identifying opportunities to automate and scale physical processes.
Provide Managerial guidance support to direct reports, through a partnership with management, HR, Legal.
Thinking critically and maniacally support the customer.
Generate and communicate highly accurate, accessible efficiency and effectivity metrics reporting to Stakeholders and Management.
Creatively resolve problems and make department impacting decisions in a highly ambiguous environment.
Maintain ownership of optimized local stock levels in effort to decrease cost-to-serve and increase efficiency of stock holdings, and implement reporting to facilitate analysis.
Design, assess, and implement new strategies and initiatives to continuously exceed Customer expectations, and drive continuous improvement through implementation of Supply Chain best practices.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
