The incumbent is responsible for providing procedural information and guidance to the Director and Deputy Director for assigned areas within Technical Operations. This includes providing support for administrative management programs and monitoring the organizational process for such areas as fiscal programs and training functions. Performs a combination of routine and multiple and varying assignments under the general direction of a manager.The incumbent ensures information disseminated to lower-level Technical Operations administrative support personnel for collaboration, consistency, training and process improvements to facilitate a cohesive and comprehensive administrative support team within Technical Operations. Incumbent is responsible for making travel arrangements for Director and Deputy Director; prepares, reviews, and submits travel authorizations and vouchers; tracks and manages inventory of office supplies; coordinates special events; and monitors and documents property requests.The incumbent will assist with managing and updating various phone lists, organizational charts and KSN web pages; will prepare, review and edit Executive correspondence to ensure consistency and compliance with FAA correspondence and branding requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an extensive filing system for the Director, Deputy Director and Executive Staff; tracks, monitors and prepares reports on weekly travel, correspondence and other activities. Incumbent is responsible for scheduling and facilitating telecons, managing minutes and action items for distribution to all Team members.Incumbent will act as an individual contributor and/or member of the Executive Team for communications, KSN online content, and marketing events in support of the Technical Operations, WSA. Conducts research and assists in the interpretation and implementation of policies, procedures, and requirements. use established policies/procedures to provide guidance for most assignments, but utilizes discretion in selecting the most appropriate approach(es). monitors, tracks, and reports on management and programmatic actions. Analyzes actions for proper distribution, inputs actions into the appropriate databases in KSN. Incumbent will maintain, monitor and update automated trackers and provides coordination and follow-up, ensuring deadlines/milestones are met and reports delinquencies to management.Attends periodic meetings and program reviews and responds to internal and external customer needs effectively and efficiently.Work is reviewed frequently during assignments and at completion to ensure timelines and all aspects of quality. To qualify for this position at the FV-F (FG/GS 5-9) you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least three years of progressively responsible general experience that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, recognize solutions, plan and organize work and convey information, with at least one year equivalent to the FG/GS-4 level. Such experience may have been gained in administrative, professional, technical, investigative or other responsible work. Experience in substantive and relevant secretarial, clerical or other responsible work may be qualifying as long as the work experience provides evidence of the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of this position.FV-G:
To qualify for this position at the FV-G (FG/GS 10/11) level you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5-9. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Examples of specialized experience include:
Experience monitoring and updating automatic trackers. Experience in scheduling and facilitating telecons, maintaining minutes and action items for distribution to all team members.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
