Customer
Service Supervisor Responsibilities:
Directs and / or manages all activities associated
with Call Center operations, including developing and implementing policies and
procedures on systems
Establishes and implements performance and service
standards
Develops and implements process and / or operational
improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations
Ensures productivity meets or exceeds service and
quality standards
Recognize and effectively solve exceptional customer
situations
Deliver outstanding customer service
Possess excellent listening skills uncovering and
understanding customer requirements and / or problems
Be able to explain an issue and gain agreement with
the customer
Perform simple math calculations
Be detail oriented and as applicable, replying to
customer emails or chats with proper grammar, spelling and accurate information
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Shift: Candidates must be available to work shifts
starting as late as 3:30pm to as late as 12:00am or overnight 11:30pm to 8:00am
along with a Saturday AND a Sunday as part of a regular shift.
Candidates
should be able to:
Excellent English proficiency
& comprehension verified by a formal assessment
Ability to
effectively deliver updated program and process changes
Ability to redirect
and coach for improvement to diverse agent base
Ability to gauge
user ability and modify delivery skills accordingly
Professional
customer service skills; solution mindset, helping nature, passion for the
customer and the customer experience
Able to recognize
trends and escalate information as appropriate
Excellent problem
solving skills; linear and logical troubleshooting skills
Positive time
management skills and multi-tasking ability
Excellent
Communication and Listening Skills, communicating with appropriate sense of
urgency
ISP skills;
sign-up, install, connection, messaging, navigation, online support, etc and
typing skills 35+ wpm
Able to handle
difficult or irate customers effectively; set expectations and deliver
information in a positive way
Expected polished
etiquette and delivery
Ability to pass a
Background Investigation and Drug Test
Availability to
work 40 hours/week
H.S. Diploma or
G.E.D. Certificate
Associates or
Bachelors is preferred
18 Years of Age or

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
