Call Center Manager

LifeSafer, a leading provider of Ignition Interlock devices, is seeking a Call Center Manager to join our team in Kent, Washington. We are looking for a self-starter and strong leader who understands and works well with individuals and teams in a multicultural environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing your team in a high volume sales and service environment, including supervising agents; developing business operations strategy; providing direction for the department to achieve revenue, productivity, and other call center metrics. At LifeSafer, our style is to manage each teams performance with coaching, mentoring, and counseling for enhanced performance.

To succeed as our Call Center Manager, you need to be an exceptional leader who understands how to drive sales and meet objectives by mentoring and motivating agents. Must have 5-10 years call center management experience with a proven track record of increasing responsibilities and strong sales growth along with the ability to attract, train, and retain great talent. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred. Must be a proficient Microsoft Office user.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
