Bookkeeper Duties include but not limited to:
This role supports the day-to-day operations.
As part of this responsibility, the bookkeeper will work closely with the General Manager.
The bookkeeper will work to develop and manage reports, financial statements, accounts payable.
A successful bookkeeper must have the ability to function as a part of a team and be able to think creatively and critically.
Perform all accounting activities relating to G/L, A/R, A/P and payroll.
Work closely with the General Manager to ensure that collection of money is occurring at the point of service, or proper paperwork for financing is being signed at the point of service.
Manage accounts payable to take advantage of all available discounts from vendors.
Manage the company assets, such as vehicles, information systems, and communication systems, as it pertains to accounting.
Qualifications:
Have an understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles (GAAP) MUST have solid knowledge and experience in QuickBooks Desktop Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel Customer Care Representative (CCR) Service Duties, include but not limited to:
The CCR supports the day-to-day operations of the company and is the primary point of contact for customers.
The CCR answers the phone, obtains customer information, books calls, and addresses customer concerns.
If an issue arises, the CCR will work diligently to solve the problem, to the customers satisfaction.
As part of this responsibility, the CCR will develop and manage reports, and interact with field personnel to schedule calls efficiently.
A successful CCR must have the ability to function as a part of a team and be able to think creatively and critically.
Take all incoming client calls, recognizing that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company.
Good communication with the client is essential! Make sure that taking care of the clients takes higher priority than any other task and that the clients are enthusiastic about how they are treated.
Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor whether on a phone call or not.
Know that courteousness affects other team members' spirit.
Making sure that the phone is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting is used each time.
Scheduling the budgeted number of service and repair calls each Assist with supervising and dispatching of all service and maintenance calls to ensure maximum efficiency of scheduling without compromising client satisfaction.
Debrief technicians after each call and make sure they collected payment.
Dispatcher Duties include but not limited to:
The Dispatcher supports the day-to-day operations of the company by efficiently scheduling and dispatching technicians to calls.
This role requires the dispatcher to think critically to ensure they are dispatching accurately.
Dispatch all service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.
Manage the dispatch schedule to keep field personnel on the move and generating revenue.
Make every effort to compress call scheduling effectively and maximize productivity.
Notify clients ahead of time without fail if the technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window and re-scheduling the time at the client's convenience.
Dispatching of all service and maintenance calls to ensure maximum efficiency of scheduling without compromising client satisfaction.
Get debriefed from technicians after each call.
Review and respond to all incoming emails, including plumbing service requests.
