Obtain pertinent customer and building information necessary to build the janitorial quote.
Prepare and provide janitorial quotes to potential customers.
Manage the process of obtaining new janitorial accounts from the preparation of the quote to the janitorial service starting.
Coordinate with Operations department to prepare existing customer janitorial increases/decreases.
Coordinate with inside sales to arrange appointments and follow up with leads.
Provide timely and effective communications to Arodal employees, customers and/or janitors.
Experience/Skills:
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Must have the ability to work within a team environment.
Janitorial industry experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with ACT! CRM software is desired but not required.
Valid U.
S.
driver's license and auto insurance required; reimbursement for mileage.
