We are currently looking for a temporary Warehouse Clerk on a 6-month contract to join the team in Kent, WA.
Position
Summary:
The Warehouse Clerk ensures materials are loaded, unloaded, stored, and are delivered to jobs sites daily.
In addition to storing and shipping materials, the Warehouse clerk processes information and enters vital data into Host's inventory control systems to ensure precise counts on all available materials.
This person may be required to help assist on the job site 30% of their time with laborer level construction requirements.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday; 6:
30am - 3:
00pm with some overtime as needed Pay:
$21.

Required Qualifications Must pass drug and background screens Valid driver's license and insurable through company insurance carrier Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing High school diploma or equivalent Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Inventory control experience Warehouse distribution Basic understanding of warehouse and safety protocols Forklift experience preferred Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Primary Job Duties Pull and stage orders Accurately count and locate product Safely operate forklifts Stock and consolidate tools and materials Verify inventory to PO's and manifests Inspect and process returns Maintain accurate sign in and sign out procedures for tools and other warehouse items Prepare all appropriate shipping documentation.
Responsible for all materials, supplies, etc.
that leave the shop have been properly filled out on a material sheet.
List all overstocked items and give to Installation Coordinator for return to vendor.
Check and put away stock orders.
Maintain shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion.
Assist Installers in loading and unloading vans.
Responsible for making sure that all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled and staged for installers.
List return material when necessary and return to stock.
Other duties and task as needed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
