They will maintain the phones, assist new customers with intake paperwork, perform data entry, maintain records, and help with general food bank tasks, as needed.
Responsibilities Answer phones and provide customers with accurate information Assist new customers with their intake paperwork Check customers in and out Data entry Assist customers with referral to resources Office help when needed(record keeping/donor thanks) Backup for grocery store operations Skills and Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Calm, positive, can-do attitude Ability to lift 30 lbs Ability to work well with others Ability to interface well with diverse and vulnerable populations Ability to provide a consistent experience for each customer Spanish speaking strongly preferred, other languages a plus Requirements Customer service experience preferred Minimum 30 hours per week:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
