Responsibilities:
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events - Stock and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies - Design and arrange flowers according to customer preferences and specifications - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs - Organize and maintain the floral department to ensure a clean and appealing display - Sell floral arrangements and related products to customers - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer is preferred but not required - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of orders - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English - Experience with cash handling is a plus If you have a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
