We are seeking qualified, experienced applicants for a Fire Sprinkler Service Coordinator position.

Hourly / DOE Responsibilities include:
Overall responsible for scheduling and coordinating, reporting to 3rd party reporting engines relating to Sprinkler Service, Backflows, and Fire Extinguishers.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Coordinates and schedules field technicians once proposals are signed.
Orders Parts and Materials from field technician notes Assist the Service Manager with Project tracking.
Answers Phone Calls, texts, Email from customers and technicians.
Strong communication, customer service, and writing skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Preferred
Qualifications:
Have an understanding of the Sprinkler Industry Service Trade, compliance reporting a plus Job Type:
