The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to our Sales Operations team by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, talking to customers about their needs, arranging in-home consultations and scheduling installations and other appointments for our Field Staff.
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Qualifications/
Experience:

years' experience in customer service, administrative or project management Advanced customer service skill set Ability to multi-task within fast-paced work environment Strong organizational skills High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Expert level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, Dropbox Essential Duties:
Talk with customers over the phone.
You are not the first one to pickup the phones, but this role is heavily customer focused.
Type reports, memos, letters and other documents using word relevant computer software.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.
File and retrieve documents, records and reports.
Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the company, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response to field staff and customers.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
