We are looking for someone with some or all the following:
High School Diploma or GED 5 years supervisory experience preferably in a mechanical environment Expertise in hydraulic systems & components, demonstrating advanced knowledge Exceptional troubleshooting and mechanical skills to accurately diagnose and repair hydraulic component issues Ability to research solutions and equipment information via Internet.
Experience reading & understanding blueprints and schematics.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple tasks Training experience, a plus.
Physical stamina to stay on your feet throughout the day and handle objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in collaborating effectively both independently and within a team environmentRepair Shop Manager
