The Regional Nurse Manager of Oncology Services will coordinate the development and implementation of goals, objectives and long range plans.
The Regional Nurse Manager of Oncology Services will provide ongoing administrative coordination of the services and activities which comprise the Cancer Centers in different locations including, Cancer Registry, Cancer Clinics, Genetic Counseling, Research Program, Infusion Center, and Radiation Oncology.
The Regional Nurse Manager of Oncology Services will identify and initiate the development of new services, program and research opportunities, assuring the needs of internal and external customers are met.
The Regional Nurse Manager of Oncology Services will also provide supervision of cancer center staff and clinical leader, develop and implement plan for cancer center staffing, direct and monitor cancer center operations, and quality improvement programs.
