The Customer Service Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
In this role, the Customer Service Specialist will partner with Account Managers on assigned accounts to provide support ranging from presales activities through onboarding and ongoing account management.
They will process and manage all aspects of the order entry process to ensure every order is fulfilled to customers' expectations.
$20-24/HR This position is OT eligible.
Monday - Friday 8:
00 AM - 5:
00 PM Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service office environment.
Experience with technical, complex product lines.
Distribution background preferred.
Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook.
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication.
Must be detail-orientated, organized, and able to prioritize workload.
Must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels.
Must have the ability to complete assignments within the time frame specified by the Manager.
