Summary:
Ops Support Clerks will be responsible for administrative work regarding shipping and receiving which includes tasks such as billing, scheduling, reporting deliveries and ensuring accuracy in all areas.
Operations support is a key area in the success of Taylor Farms Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Schedule all deliveries Report on all deliveries (status, setbacks, etc.
) Complete billing procedures with great attention to detail Update and maintain all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks required Effectively communicate with all delivery drivers (within the company and from others) through phone calls and in person Effective verbal and written communication skills Attendance is mandatory Requirements/
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Proficient computer skills (Excel/Word/Outlook) Customer service skills preferred Must pass drug test Must have strong attention to detail This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
