Gardner Standard LLC Gardner Standard LLC Kent, WA Kent, WA Full-time Full-time $23 - $28 an hour $23 - $28 an hour 1 hour ago 1 hour ago 1 hour ago Ops Coordinator/Production Scheduler CMM Specific Duties - Customer Repair and Overhaul Maintain OTD Review job packets for accuracy Ensure availability of parts, control PMA vs OEM applicability, and verify alternate parts based on approved interchangeability Verify job specific customer requirements and ensure accurate revision levels & BOMs of customer supplied engineering documents Verify appropriate verbiage is present on WO to clearly communicate build procedure to shop PATO Specific Duties - Manufacturing Develop and implement OTD/TAT tracking and production schedule Generate WOs and load production with appropriate mix, driven by sales forecast and demand Support purchasing in fabricated parts procurement Balance salvage/cannibalization and support stock room efforts General Duties Coordinate with purchasing to ensure accurate stocking levels on inventory and consumables Schedule work to level load shop Monitor and measure shop progress, reporting data out to leadership team Balance in house WOs and WOs with shortages, against revenue creating jobs.
Implement solution to systematically control physical job packets throughout the facility Communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders Identify production bottlenecks and provide creative solutions Assist with labor resource allocation Resolve problematic production situations effectively and efficiently Coordinate with shop manager to ensure production schedule is upheld Possess thorough knowledge of raw materials, production processes, lean principles, quality control, and other technical expertise to maximize manufacturing capacity & outputs.
Proactively communicate with sales team of schedule impacts to customers Monitor and manage progress towards monthly budget Maintain WIP and ensure accuracy of the data Job Type:
