Summary:
The office clerk is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks in an office setting.
They are responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling paperwork, and providing support to staff members.

Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Maintaining and organizing files and records Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and payroll Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to prioritize tasks as appropriate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiar with office equipment and supplies Proficient with MS Office Suite or related software Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in an office setting or related field Work Environment:
Work is performed indoors in an office setting.
