Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their HR-related inquiries and providing guidance on available options.
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely enrollment, changes, and terminations of employee benefits.
Assist in the development and implementation of benefit communication strategies to educate employees about available options and changes in plans.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (e.

, SAP, Workday).
