(CED) is looking for a Clerical Assistant to join our Operations Team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of administrative office support.
Position Requirements:
Receptionist duties Process customer invoices Manage electronic filing Well-developed verbal and written skills with a detail orientation and a sense of urgency Ability to establish priorities and work independently while managing multiple tasks Maintain a high level of flexibility in a constantly changing environment Enjoy customer and vendor interaction while working through challenging situations Practice sound judgement, solve problems and produce a quality and accurate work product Enjoy being an integral part of a team with a can do attitude An Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans and disability.
