Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers.
You will interact with them via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the overall customer experience and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and professional responses.
Booking appointments for our project consultants.
Educate customers about our products/services, features, and benefits.
Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets and goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including, weekends, if required.
