Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Offer recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items Take & serve accurate food and drink orders Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in during the meal and addressing any concerns Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service Process payment transactions accurately Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent multitasking and time management abilities Knowledge of food and beverage service standards Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service Perks:
