BeavEx is recruiting for a Receiving Clerk in Kent, WA (Seattle area).
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
BeavEx Incorporated is the leading provider of time-critical, same-day transportation and logistics services to businesses throughout the United States. We provide a broad set of solutions to customers ranging from local businesses to Fortune 1000 companies.
Operations:
Consult with managerial personnel in order to meet operational goals.
Check off package manifest and verify contents.
Receive, Scan, and Load paperwork into totes using RF scanners.
Manifest and check off tote contents.
Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, inventory, and other information.
Retrieve from totes/bags specific documents based on given location(s).
Research cases based on specific and ambiguous information.
Verify case logs against shipping manifests.
Create UPS and FedEx waybills.
Ensure that the policies and procedures as defined in the BeavEx Inc. Operations Manual and Employee Handbook are consistently followed.
Other duties/tasks as assigned.
Technology
Use electronic mail, telephones, scanners, WMS
Demonstrate or explain use of equipment, technical devices, computer software, etc. to provide cross training for other BeavEx employees.
Requirements:
Desired Skills:
HS/GED or equivalent experience required.
Associates degree or other vocational/technical school training beyond high school is preferred.
2-5 years in banking back-office service, and customer service experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
Interpersonal skills; ability to foster teamwork and motivate/coach others.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
Make optimum decisions under pressure and time constraints.
Handle various light and heavy lifting.
